I posted a review to yelp also: I haven't used heat guy in a few years, but have been with them for a long time. They use to be great. Chelsea and Shannon were awesome! But now the Office staff is very unprofessional. She refused to allow me to speak to a manager. And informed me she is the only person in the office. She was eating chips on the phone. She yells on the phone. She is very pushy for scheduling. Allison I think her name was? I would suggest more training for her, or better supervision. Unfortunately I will not be able to continue our business relationship until this problem is rectified. Have a blessed day, Dave C.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback, it's very valuable to us. We use it to improve our staff training, customer service, and to help us understand what is important to our customers. It has come to our attention that our office head-set is having issues with sound quality and is probably responsible for the crackling noise that may have sounded like chips being eaten. We apologize for that and will replace the headset as soon as possible. A look in the Company’s equipment tracking software did not find any equipment attached to a "Dave Shift". I know Shannon, Chelsey, Ashley, Andrew and Dallas were/are **very good, exemplary even, at keeping records, so it is strange that your name is not there. Please call us so we can learn more and make this up to you. My name is Corinna and I am a board member of HeatGuy, Llc. My direct line is 360.210.5772. It is **very important** for your equipment's warranty that timely and regular maintenance be performed by a qualified HVACR technician, and that records of that are kept. Fortunately, in this digital era, HG is able to keep records of any and all equipment we work with. You may call or email us at [email protected] with your address and we'll search for your equipment that way. We will be happy to forward any records that we have on your equipment to another HVAC company at your request. It’s like getting your medical records forwarded to a new doctor--very important but very confidential and requires your consent. Managers spend very little time in the office and are usually found working alongside our installation and service technicians, so a manager was more than likely not available when you called. Company policy forbids giving out management phone numbers without authorization from said manager. The reason behind that is if managers took all the phone calls, we wouldn't need office staff, but our management wouldn't get anything done other than answering telemarketing calls and scheduling. Instead, calls go through gatekeepers (office staff) and messages are routed to the correct manager. Your call will be returned during normal working hours if it is not an emergency. If it is an emergency, please dial 911. If your request is urgent, you will be called back generally within 24 hours--usually sooner. Management will check with office staff to make sure all messages are handled promptly. By the way, we noticed you signed with "Dave C" rather than "Dave S" or "Dave Shift" Please do call me so I can do a thorough search on your equipment and forward it to your preferred HVAC company. We had issues with our heat system and they were at our house within 2 hours of our call. Very professional and knowledgeable, found our issue--overdue maintenance on our gas heater with carbon build up. Cleaned it up, checked our system and working great. We will be setting up their annual maintenance program to make sure we are working well with heat and our AC system--they will combine the visit to save you $$. Absolutely great service.

Amazing and trustworthy company. Had an issue with my furnace not heating and they were able to come out to check an hour after my call. The found and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Awesome service and professionalism. I have them out every year to check on my system and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them!
