  I have come in only a handful of times and have had a horrible experience with Ricky twice now. The first time I let it slide because everyone can have a bad day, but now it is just not acceptable and can not be ignored. Ricky was not understanding what I was requesting and quickly became disrespectful. I stopped him, and tried to explain to him in a different way and he then made sarcastic remarks. I then explained to him that I have had a bad experience with him previously and that I just need to get the parts needed and he just huffed and said “So are you going to buy it or not?” It is sad that this individual is dealing with customers with such lack of respect. I would not advise anyone to use them because it is unacceptable for people to have to fight to get the respect of the person behind the counter!

  They seem to keep getting better, these guys have been taking care of Local Air for a long time and I really appreciate them for it. Guys if your reading this thanks, y'all are great!
