  We have been using these guys for a while. Everyone one we have ever dealt with has been super friendly, extremely professional and very helpful. Recently we returned from a trip to a freezing house. Tri-County explained that the cost to repair was not worth keeping the old systems and worked with us to get us an affordable system that met our needs. During install, I would periodically check in to see how things were going. Whoever was nearby when I showed up, stopped what they were doing and explained what they were doing and how far along they were without me even asking. These guys are great and highly recommended.

  Our nest was not hooked up correctly (by a different technician/company) so we called Tri County Air because we thought maybe something went wrong with our HVAC system. Sammy Stokes was our technician. He assessed our entire situation and corrected the the issue while explaining everything along the way. We were so impressed by his level of knowledge and care for our home. Since we are still under a COVID-19 restrictions, he came in with a mask on and covered his boots before walking through our home, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us feel cool as we head into a hot summer!

  This company really cares about its customers. My A/C went out on me and Tri-County Heat & Air was recommended by a friend. They came out to the house and put in a brand new Lennox unit inside and outside. My electric bill dropped by 20-25% since then and could not be happier! The staff their is very professional and they feel like family to me ever since. The prices are reasonable and they do back up their word on their work. I have already recommended my neighbors to them a couple of times for their A/C's.
