  Very poor customer service. I can certainly understand that businesses are busy, but it’s not hard to communicate that to potential customers. I can’t speak to the quality of their work because we never even got that far. Six weeks and I never got an estimate or a timetable for service. I contacted the business several times but never received a follow up. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

  Needed assistance ASAP, never bothered to even return call. Waited all day. Office said they would call me back. Called Precision Plumbing they sent a person right away. Much better customer service. Tri City to independent, pick and choose there customers.

  they have done a ton of great work for us both individually and for our business. In particular we had a problem with a wellness pool/hot tub they installed and due to problems with it tri city pulled the pool out and gave us a full refund. i cannot recommend them enough
