  Had an excellent experience with Menza & Zak. Our furnace went out and we had someone onsite within an hour of us calling. They quickly assessed the issue, made multiple phone calls to find the part needed, and had us back up and running in no time. Very much appreciated the prompt and professional service!

  Called Menza And Zak to schedule a consultation to get a quote for a central air unit. They were at my house the same day and were able to send the quote the same day. Tech came out and did the install in a timely fashion. A great group of people to work with. I will not hesitate to call them for any of my HVAC needs in the future!

  Called on Monday, was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday AM, showed up on time, was right to business. As it turns out it was "Operator error" in other words I installed the humidifier filter insufficiently and therefore was my mistake. He adjusted, did some miner maintenance, gave me some instructions and was pleasant the entire time!
