AJ was my service technician. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable with the job that he was doing on my furnace. He came in and got to the bottom of the problem right away. His mannerisms and professionalism are part of the reason why I would choose and recommend Tri City! The owner Seamus is a stand up guy and is also very professional and their prices are reasonable and they are not out to get you. It’s a trust worthy company and I will be contacting them again for my annual AC service before Summer begins. Thank you Tri City!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Tri-City Heating and Cooling!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with the installation process and professionalism I received from the staff at Tri-City. I had a service tech out because my 30 year old furnace had no heat. It was a costly repair as I had a cracked heat exchanger so I decided it may just be time to replace. I was worried about the time line though as I had no heat and it was starting to get cold. But that SAME afternoon a gentleman came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and within a week I had a brand new system installed. They even applied the cost I paid for the technician towards the replacement! Every person I worked with was very respectful and kind. The installers were great, they explained the entire system to me so I knew how it worked and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Tri-City!

Responsive, professional, and most of all honesty, and upfront. I could not ask for better service, repair, and advice. Ask for Marty, and Carlos, an awesome team! Marty got right to it, and Carlos got into a crawl space I don't even want to mention. I'm in the service industry, and these two are top notch. Whatever they're paying them is not enough! Thank you Tri-City.
