  This team of service professionals are top notch in every aspect. They gave me a quote, gave me a date for unit/parts to be available for the install, scheduled the date/time for service, and showed up ready to rock on time. They delivered on every single commitment they made. The demo of the old and installation of the new units were efficient, they cleaned up as they went, and when they left, it was like they were never here, except my a/c was blasting us with wonderfully cool air. You don’t need to look anywhere else. If you want quality work, excellent customer service, a company with a great reputation that delivers…Tri-City is THE place!

  I have used these guys for the past few years. They were actually referred to me by the manufacturer and were able to identify and fix an issue that previous companies were unable to solve. They are outstanding. Incredible customer service- they show up when they say they are going to show up. Knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices. I cannot rank them highly enough

  We've had Tri City AC and Heat service our A/C and heating units since 2012. They have done general maintenance, repairs and replacements of both A/C and heating, and we've always been very happy with their service. Honest, dependable, trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced. We are so very thankful to know that they are OUR A/C and Heating specialists and that we can trust and depend on them.
