  Air Conditioning & Heating services was wonderful to work with start to finish. We used them for our new construction home. It’s hard to find companies with great costumer service and friendly workers anymore. We were so impressed with the communication from Jason and Dan before they arrived and during their visit. They made sure we were apart of all the decisions and had us check to make sure we were happy before they left. I was even more impressed to see them wear booties over their shoes and vacuum up after themselves when they left. Hard to believe they are one of the only contractors who do that.

  Installed furnace with Air Conditioning and Heating services in Houston and have them done the annual maintenance since then. I like their service so far. This year, they found a weird issue during regular maintenance that ended up as a weeks long investigation. Air Conditioning and Heating services in Houston was supportive throughout and accommodated the urgency where possible. Several technicians visited and in the end, Troy nailed it with his immense experience. Furnace has been running great thereafter. Big thank to Troy and his awesome work that keeps my house warm in the raining season. Even with this lengthy process, and a couple of back and forth, ACH waived all service fee beyond the initial annual maintenance cost. I appreciate their consideration and professionalism.

  I called Air Conditioning and Heating services in Houston because my AC unit was broken and I needed to make an appointment. They were able to send a technician to my apartment within 2 hours on a Saturday night to diagnose the problem. He was so kind and able to replace a broken part and fix my unit within 30 minutes on the spot. The price was very reasonable and the service was incredible. I will absolutely use AC and Heating services Houston in the future and I recommend that anyone else do the same!
