  Scheduled for service at 9:00. They were a no show so I called to confirm the 9:00 appointment. The ditsy receptionist informed me that my stop had been accidentally scheduled for an afternoon appointment. I took off work and now losing out on wages due to their lack of professionalism. We have been without HVAC since being struck by lightning back in July. I do believe that this is a huge priority as I explained to said ditsy receptionist. This error on their part will probably result in loss of a huge sale for a new unit. As I've been told that the 7 year old HVAC unit is probably fried from the lightning. Oh well!
