  I do my best to deal with anyone other than Trane. The product itself is good, however the service and parts replacement is comparible to dealing with government workers. They are rude and have no knowledge of their products. I just called to order a compressor and the women was so rude she actually asked me "why did you call this branch?" Well you idiot I live here and typically deal with you, when I asked for assistance from you I was under the impression that's what you were being paid to do. Save yourself the trouble and deal with Goodman or Carrier.
