  This was my first experience with Cunningham and I will definitely use them again! They were able to come on short notice and took care of my problem the same day I called. Tom was awesome. Everyone I talked with was courteous and professional. Great company!

  We have used this well-respected company to perform our yearly maintenance on our HVAC and AC systems in our house wherever we were living for the past 20 years. Also, we were very happy with our purchase and installation of our hot water heater. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional, especially Roger. He's why we have stayed with Cunningham & Associates for all these years.

  AC failed summer 2021, they were able to come next day. Unheard of in Atlanta area. Furnace failed winter 2021, they came same day. First experience was awesome, followed up with consistency on second visit. When it comes time to replace the units Cunningham will be my go to. They are truly worthy of a 5 star review.
