  Service was great. Luis was fast, friendly, and finished the job. He answered all my questions and was clean and respectful of my home. The repair so far has worked and is guaranteed for 60 days. I felt like the price was reasonable and they worked with Samsung to get one repair cost covered. Would use again and recommend to my real estate clients

  We had a great experience with Total Home Services! Luis came both to diagnose and repair the problem and he did a great job. He was professional and quick and explained things so I totally understood what was going on. The company was quick to schedule and great about keeping me informed through the whole process!

  Luis helped detect and fix the problem with our brand new dishwasher. He was able to order the needed parts at the first diagnostic appointment. When the parts arrived I was promptly contacted and set up an appointment a few days later for the repair. Dishwasher works great now!
