Great experience all around, Jaxon and his crew were professional and fast, they even put up with some barking dogs. Good price and quick response. I got an appointment booked on the day I called and had a quote in hand by the end of the day. That same week I had a new A/C unit and Furnace installed. The process was easy and they were happy to provide answers to any questions I had. Thank you Jaxon and the OyBoy team!

We had our furnace go out after hours, and sent in a request for someone to give us a call back. We were contacted the very next morning. They had someone out to look at our unit to let us know what was wrong that day! Gavin came over and was very professional and personable. We had Jaxon and his team install our new new units by the end of the week. All for less than we expected! We also had our ducts cleaned, and Merle and Zane were very quick and thorough! I cannot recommend this great company enough!! They will not jerk you around, and always kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Initial install went good until techs left. That's when we heard a concerning noise in furnace. Called Brett the fallowing day. Brett claimed he would come back and inspect it. After waiting three weeks has to call to get someone to look at it. That tech has to call someone to figure out what it was. Finally a week later we got a good tech that was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in reasonable time. The five star rating is for this tech. The companies performance I would only give a two or three.
