I recently had Total Home Performance LLC encapsulate my crawlspace and it has to be one of the best decisions I ever made as my house is far more comfortable than it has ever been. My experience with Total Home Performance could not have been better. Their customer service, work quality, timeliness and prices were all outstanding. I would highly recommend Total Home Performance to anyone.

Total Home Performance LLC installed an outside soffit fan and installed blown-in insulation in may garage attic. Since the attic had no insulation, they also had to prep the garage attic to install the insulation. Their process of customer from start to finish is excellent. I plan on using them in the future if the need arises. I have already referred them to a neighbor. This is a great company to do business with them. I hope they expand their business to provide more different home services that I am need of at the present. Also, as a suggestion, if they created a customer referral reward program, their business would grow tremendously since they already have a great customer process in place. Regards, Mike Williams

Repaired damaged floor joists and encapsulated entire crawl space. From our initial contact, our experience with the entire team at Total Home Performance (THP) has been outstanding! The quality of their work was excellent, they are honest and offer fair pricing. The office staff and work crew are professional responsive and efficient. We recommend THP without any reservation!
