  This company was responsive and professional. We have them come over right after the lockdown for Covid in March or April 2020. They came without reservation,they were socially distancing, but they did their job professionally and we couldn’t be more happy. One small glitch came up at the end of the installation which caused The system to not respond and of course they had already left for the day. However we were able to call, someone answered, and they were back in 30 minutes. It was the luck of a bad fuse, perhaps a $.20 fuse but they came back to our rescue, fixed a stupid fuse, cleaned up and left. We will use them again and we do recommend them to other people in our area.

  I had a new thermostat installed and a maintenance check done. I liked the company first of all because a person answered the phone. Nicole was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions. Cutter came to the house and was an awesome young man. Knowledgeable and efficient. When I asked about an item showing some wear he took the time to give me a tutorial on the part. Very happy with the service and the people I have dealt with. Price was reasonable.

  Have been a Total Air customer for 4+ years now and would not recommend any other business for heating and AC services. Cutter provided excellent and thorough service on our units and is a pleasure to talk with during service calls. Following a recent reinstallation of one of our AC units, Cutter followed up with a quality check visit to make sure work was done to his standards. Nichole provides outstanding service from the front office and makes sure all our needs are met on a proactive basis. Thank you!
