  I have only had to use this company twice, but each time they have done an outstanding job. Quick to set the appointment, which has been the same day I called. Each technician was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and provided good tip to run my AC more efficiently.

  We recently moved into our home - scheduled an appointment with Integrity Comfort Solutions. Josh Hay was our technician. He was great !! Our appointment was for noon -at 11:15 he called to see if he could arrive early. He arrived around 11:30. He was very thorough. He found nothing that needed attention but shared recommendations to improve the air filtration and air quality in our home. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

  First of all, I was impressed with this company because they do not charge a "service fee" to give an estimate, unlike their competitors. Secondly, their prompt same-day service was also appreciated. Thirdly, Josh was prompt, polite, and expertly communicated the plan. I was pleasantly surprised with a same-day installation. I highly recommend this company, and will do so to my friends and family. :) Keep up the great work!
