  Kahl is the epitome of what every company should strive to be!! They go above and beyond every single time! They are always quick to get someone out to help us, and Misty always follows up to make sure we have been taken care of. We had an issue that decided to take a couple of days (and 2 service calls) to fully come to light, but they were extremely fair with charges. Every small business should take note and aim to be as customer oriented as they are! I will recommend them to everyone I know, and we will never use another a/c company again!

  KAHL AC is outstanding! Our thermostat went out on a very COLD Saturday night and they were at our house immediately to help us out! They were up front about the price difference for an emergency visit and gave us our options. Our technician, James, was great! He had discovered that our thermostat was still under warranty and took care of getting it replaced for us. I has asked him about their maintenance plan and jumped on getting a contract since it was so reasonable!

  Joshua was great. So very professional. Listened to our story and then went right to work. He really knows his job. Fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes and did not charge us a thing since it was a follow up call. Will ask for Joshua every time. He has a sense of humor and so polite. Blessed. Kahl is the best and so is Joshua.
