      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I could give zero stars. Miss wired our brand new system which they installed causing a $900 bill for my family which they refused to pay...miswiring caused heat and AC to run at the same time. . Upon home inspection multiple code issues.... We have called them multiple times they refuse to respond or even call us back. We have had other people try to get in touch with them and they are completely non responsive . Horrible horrible customer service. Owner is not calling us back. Absolutely do not use this company!!!

      Shannon, I do not know you and I have never met or spoken to you. We did however work with a Joe Ionata who lives in Florida, (I assume your husband) who purchased a home in May of last year for under 200k and now has it listed for well over 400k in Union County. The "miss wire" or mis-wire you speak of was caused by your contractors (I now assume unlicensed contractors) that came up from Florida to do a lot of work on this home. They apparently removed the thermostat to paint and reinstalled it incorrectly causing the heat and air conditioner to run at the same time. We also noticed them doing other wiring and plumbing in the home and when we had questions they would tell us they could not speak English and refer us to the one gentleman that could speak some English. There was nothing wrong with the system we installed in this home at the time of installation. Your husband was very disrespectful when we were discussing the issues with your contractors so we decided it was best to end that relationship.                   Our office has been contacted by your buyer and buyers agent, but we did the work for your husband and tried to stay out of it as we thought it might be in your best interest. I can certainly get involved and start making calls this weekend and Monday morning when the correct agencies are open if you like. But, once we open this can of worms you will not be able to put the lid back on. Please remove this slanderous and untrue review immediately.       Absolutely the best company to use for HVAC systems. Courteous and respectful technicians, Mr Queen gave me an amazing quote for replacing both AC and Heat units.       We spent 15k on a heating and air unit with Top Quality. We LOVED THEM. They told us that they would need to adjust the dampers several times before the unit would work correctly. WE have 2 rooms, our bedroom and my office, which are miserably hot. We called in and they sent out someone to service us who was obviously messed up on some kind of drug. He was super hyper and acted crazy. I asked for the owner to come out the next time and, after several requests he did not show and did not respond to my messages. The employee is not longer there for obvious reasons. We are still having issues and I have made numerous, documented attempts to contact someone to help. I sent the owner an email that I would seek legal action. No response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I have hired an attorney and contacted the BBB.

      Gina, We have actually had a technician out to your home three times to try to make you "comfortable" and I came out on his forth trip to try to help as well. Yes, we found out around that time that this one technician was having issues and within a few days he was no longer employed at our company. I have not spoken with you since I called you on July 28th at 3:40 pm and the last email between the two of us is the one I sent you on May 24th checking in to see how everything was working after our visit. I have received no other email or phone call correspondence from you. As far as not being "comfortable". We have actually been monitoring your system through our online diagnostics and your system has been working great. We of course suggest if you are not comfortable at 74 degrees, then you can always lower the temperature to 73. We find that a lot of homeowners are not comfortable at 74 degrees especially in a house as large as yours that has a lot of high ceilings. We hate to see any customer unhappy and we believe we have put forth a lot of effort to try with you and your home. I hate that it has come to this with you making bad reviews and threatening with lawyers. I am happy to discuss these issues with anyone, anytime.
