  R&D Mechanical/Rogers Mechanical Are Unprofessional - DO NOT USE We have had an agreement with R&D now Rogers Mechanical to service our home for many years. We recently purchased a brand new AC/Furnace from the company and they were out to service in the summer. We get a call the week before Thanksgiving that they are going to cut all residential customers so no winter services. Great news since I just spent around 10k with them and have a family to consider. No notice between summer and winter, no letter, no email, no nothing. If this is the type of professionalism you expect from a company you should definitely use them. If you and your business value management that works with honesty, integrity, and professionalism please go somewhere else - you will not find it here. EDIT: You already cancelled the account so please dont try and act like you didnt. In fact that is the voicemail that was left for myself and others today and why this review was left. Cancelling accounts the week before Thanksgiving when people rely on you and your company to do seasonal service on furnace/a/c units. You cancelled the accounts of multiple individuals in the Atlanta area who had been working with you and your staff for many years. Once again - no integrity, disorganized, and dishonest. Profanity was warranted, your company is wrong, and I hope that many people read this and take business elsewhere.

  Jon, We appreciate you allowing R&D (now Rogers) to install your new HVAC system in October of 2020. Per our install agreement, we provided a 1yr warranty on your system. According to our records, you have had no issues since it was installed and we fulfilled our agreement with you professionally. During your call with a member of our staff earlier today, your profanity and verbal abuse were not warranted, and will not be tolerated. As a result of your behavior, we have closed your account, and will not be serving you moving forward. If you would like for your equipment information to be forwarded to your new HVAC contractor, please contact our Sales Manager, and he will see that information is forwarded your new service provider.

  The technician, Obie N, was so nice and professional. He alerted me when he was on his way and kindly answered all my questions. The service was performed excellently in very good time. He explained what was repaired as well as advised on some items that should be followed up on later for best maintenance. I felt very comfortable and at ease with this company and their technician. Overall the R & D Mechanical staff was so nice! From the very first phone call to their email alerts to keep me advised, I cannot say enough about how wonderful their service is! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Wendell spent probably 10 hours straight at our commercial building, doing repairs and maintenance on a building that had been vacant for over a year. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. He also took extra time to analyze some changes that were needed to better distribute the air flow to different zones in the office. R and D has been very responsive. I actually tried to get quotes from other vendors and in some cases could not even get a response.
