  My well pump stopped working and Tom's Plumbing HVAC answered right away. They scheduled me for the same day and arrived on time. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done right and for a good price. I would highly recommend them. Monroe.county PA area.

  I've used Tom in the past and he was great. We recently purchased a new home and needed some work done. I've called several times and it always goes straight to voicemail and then several days before someone gets back to me. Most recent I finally spoke with him and he told me he would come out to my house on a Saturday. We waited around all day and he never showed up, not even a call. Highly disappointed.

  Hi Christine I apologize but we’ve been very busy with customers with no heat in there homes. You were going to call me on Saturday so we could look at your toilet mixing valves witch was not a priority and no less on a Saturday for a estimate. Also you had called me 12 weeks ago about your toilet water being hot then you said you didn’t have the money to get it fix. We still have customers with out heat so please don’t give us a bad review . thanks Tom
