  Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Promises the world and baits you into a service “contract” with a two year labor warranty but when you have a problem, it’s almost always an excuse ( like family member died, was ill, they fell, has no staff, or just doesn’t ever return your call or answer emails/texts ) or tries to make you think that’s how the equipment is supposed to function. Also refuses to provide receipts when requested and does not register your installed equipment with the manufacturer (which I found out the hard way). Just move on to the next company, don’t even call because you will be left with so many problems which causes pain and frustration.

  Antonio was friendly and honest and his wife, Nikki, too. We appreciated their honesty when our washing machine went. They called and communicated in a timely manner. I will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs.

  look for another Lennox dealer or doyer dealer. he leaves you with nothing but broken promises. he calls you from random numbers which you can never reach him. claims he called you but never do. he overcharges and leave you with work not done or something you don't want. I would not recommend this service. when I went to ask for receipts he called the police. now I have to find another dealer. left my family in the cold all winter with his promises
