  We were so happy with Tom's service. They came on time, covered their shoes and worked quickly. Our service person was very friendly and efficient. We were up and running in half an hour. Very impressed with this company. Thank you, Tom's.

  Prior to sale, tech/salesman was very competent and confident. Did not pressure me to make a decision, and I did not detect any BS. Installation done cleanly and smoothly. Both installers, one of which was the owner, were very polite and cordial.

  I called Tom's first thing in the morning because the day before the weather was warm and I noticed the outside AC condenser was not running when the furnace fan was. The service technician showed up THAT DAY and found the problem that was only a corroded wire. The diagnosis and repair were terrific and the technician was a nice guy and true professional. I will for sure call them again if I ever need help again!
