  Great service and great communication. I live in KC and was unable to get down to our condo to have a thermostat repaired. Cain was on top of things and kept me up to date on everything going on. I called a few other companies and never heard back. Next time I know I will only need to make one call. Thanks again!!

  These guys are extremely professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They did not try to upsell us and gave us helpful information about our issues. Cain Johanns, one of their service technicians, was great! I'm definitely calling them again if we have any HVAC issues in the future.

  Absolutely an outstanding company. We had a thermostat quit working during the Snow Storm in early February 2022. Everyone else was closed and wouldn't come out until the next day. We called Wallin and they came out within the hour even in the snow! Cain Johanns was our technician and he was so professional and respectful of our properties. We own several properties here at the lake and after this experience we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs! I cannot reccomeded this company eneough!!! Give them a chance and they will not disappoint!
