  I had an amazing experience with TTK. 5 stars isn’t enough! Very professional employees from scheduling the visit to the technician completing the labor. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and the parts used are of high quality just as the skilled technicians work. My family is very pleased to have such a warm home during these cold times. I will definitely use TTK for my HVAC needs every time moving forward!!

  I was not told whether or not there would be a charge for the part since it "should be under warranty". The technician arrived in a personal vehicle with a different business name on it and only informed me after coming inside that he "didn't think" the labor was covered under warranty. The part was covered but he only told me AFTER he started working that there would be not only a labor charge, but a service call charge which was never mentioned to me until then. The whole job cost more than the part which I could have installed which wouldn't have affected the warranty that wasn't covering me anyway. Unprofessional, expensive, and downright shady. I won't be calling again. Edit: I did call again because the control board failed again in less than three months. After talking to some HVAC professionals they all agreed that the board failure was because TTK didn't connect any ground to the furnace. The furnace is not connected to any wiring ground and there is no dedicated ground for the unit. The main ground wire is simply wire nutted off inside the unit. When I called to ask for a second board (still under THEIR warranty since they did the labor for the last one), the person who answered began yelling at me for leaving a poor Google review. He acted as if I should have been grateful for the work they charged me for before and said that he wasn't going to give me anything. I explained that I didn't want the service, I simply wanted the part to replace it since that's what I paid for. He refused to give me anything and said that they, "Did me a favor" last time. It is really poor form to exact retribution on a reviewer for a job poorly done instead of trying to make it better. Do a good thing for yourself and hire someone who is competent and qualified to perform the work you need done.

  I definitely recommend this company! Call them for your heating and cooling needs, you won't regret it.
