We were having problems with our old boiler and called TLC. Cody arrived within a few hours (on the weekend), diagnosed what was wrong and unlike other plumbers actually took the time to look at EVERYTHING, gave us various options/recommendations and there was no pressure whatsoever to choose a certain option. We ended up just having them install a new system and are very satisfied with the whole process. Boilers are not cheap but we got what we needed at a reasonable price. Cody and his helper Ronny did some top notch work as well during the install and stayed as long as it took. We will be using TLC from now on for anything we need.

Truly upstanding professionals! I cannot thank TLC enough- Especially and specifically Hugo, Fred and the manager who I spoke to when I had a couple of issues and a small problem. The manager truly went above and beyond to fix my problem and make things right. They truly stand behind their "make it right" Guarantee. Every Tech the manager and supervisor sent out was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am amazed at the level of customer service they provide, Which great customer service is very hard to find these days. Rest assured you will be in good hands with TLC. I am forever grateful and thankful for what you all did and the service you provided. HUGE THANK YOU!!!

Our TLC contact, Chris, was thorough and attentive to the fact that we didn’t have heat for two weeks while we waited for parts to arrive. He communicated well and didn’t keep us guessing. The team arrived at 6 AM, right on time and worked 4 hours until the job was complete. The rental of the crane required an early morning start and TLC was willing to do that. TLC is an experienced and professional company in many capacities and we would definitely recommend them for any job.
