  TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning has always been extremely professional and friendly in my dealings with them. They arrive on time and perform work as expected without surprises or last minute changes. I feel they have my best interest at heart and want to leave me satisfied. Would hire them again and highly recommend them to others.

  Jack was awesome. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he was really interested in making sure I understood what caused the issue and what he was doing to fix it. I really felt like I got an education and felt less in the dark than I have with service technicians from other companies. Top notch.

  I've used TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning for 15 years for HVAC and hot water heater. Do not need fuel oil. Have found them to be knowledgeable & meticulous in repair/replacement, & extremely helpful in an emergency--104 degrees & the a/c goes down or today when the hot water heater burst. Also honest in telling me that my problem with my heat was the thermostat (probably the original in a 50 y.o. house) and to go to Home Depot to replace for $20. I did get a bill for the service call, too, but I expect that.
