  I was very happy with Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning, and plan to use them in the future. Nathan is very professional and it's clear he is enthusiastic about the work he's doing and working with people. I'm giving four stars only because I felt the scheduling/sales process was a bit vague, in that even though I asked several questions, I still was unclear as to what my options were (repair vs. replace), what each entailed, and the ultimate cost for either. In the end, I went with a maintenance plan and am happy I did.

  Wesley and Travis did a great job installing my new air conditioner thermostat. They sure know what they are doing. They did a great explaining how everything works. I grateful that my new air conditioner works perfectly.

  Nathan was the tech who came to help is with a safety check on the heater in the house we just bought he was on time followed all Covid precautions and was extremely professional and respectful of our time. We knew the heater was old and Nathan's inspection gave us a great idea of what we needed to do next. We will definitely contact Pacific Heating when we are read to upgrade the system and look forward to working with Nathan again. Thank you for the great service.
