Tito’s exceeded my expectations by a mile. The technicians were on time, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and fair. I actually can’t say enough good things about this company. They were wonderful! I hope I never need to repair another appliance again, but if I do, I will absolutely use them again.

These men were absolutely fabulous and got our dishwasher up and going as fast as they could. Even came back at 5:30, same day, to install the new pump. I highly recommend this company!!  Extremely happy!!

Great company. Called the to repair my washer. They came out right away. Technician was very polite and explained to me what was going on in detial. They ordered the part and had me up in running in no time. Very reasonably price.

The technician charge for a diagnosis, and they didn't have the part to replace my bad one, so I call another company to bring that part and didn't work neither they have to run a new diagnosis and it was totally a different problem nothing related to what the technician from Tito's say they fixed right away, after calling Tito's appliance they didn't want to reimburse the fee for the wrong diagnosis please make a good research before choosing this company.

Ask your technician if he give me any recipe you are the one giving excuses not to return my 99 dollars back after a wrong diagnosis your technician didn't even touch the dryer  just play smart and say that part we do not have it and is integrated with all front part "wrong".

I apologize for the bad experience, but we offered the money back with the receipt of the other company. We even offered to go back and look at the machine again and you said no. I don’t know of any company who would just replace a part without looking at it. We asked who the other company was and you said you didn’t know their name nor had a receipt. You gave a whole array of different excuses to my technician as well, saying they replaced a relay on a board instead of replacing the control board. Not sure what we can do more. You even said that you didn’t care about the diagnosis fee that you had enough money to not care about it. If that was the solution and you wouldn’t have spent time doing a review I would have gladly refunded the service call, but without any proof of what you are saying it seems you just wanted a free diagnosis. I agree as well, do your research on a company. With over 10 years of experience and 100’s of positive reviews and happy customers, I’d say we are very honest and fair.

I don’t think you understood what we were saying. I had told you to provide me a receipt from the other company, not mine. If it was true and we misdiagnosed it we would have give you the refund with no issues at all.

I called Tito’s appliance on a Friday and they were there on a Monday to see what was going on with my dryer. The tech figured it out in about 30 minutes, ordered the part and came back the day the part came in to finish the repair. These guys are honest, quick, and reliable. I highly recommend them!
