  This company sold me an ultraviolet lighting fixture and bulb for my AC unit. When the bulb blew out, I ordered another one. When the technician came, he had trouble installing it. He proceeded to rip out the fixture, slammed it down and said “You don’t need this bulb, it doesn’t really do anything anyway.” Well, yes it does, it kills bacteria and mold spores. I called the company to report what happened, and to tell them that I no longer wanted their service. When I asked to be reimbursed for a maintenance service that I paid for in advance, the woman I spoke to said that she had to check with the owner and she would call me the next day. She never called me. When I tried to call the company back, I found that they blocked my phone number. So I am cheated out of the cost of a maintenance cleaning, and the cost of a new ultraviolet light fixture. This company may be somewhat cheaper than others, but they lack integrity.
