The guys are PRO! I had an old water heater that started leaking and wasn't sustaining hot water flow. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the Service Pro (Brandon) was prompt and professional, and he ended up saving me over $10k from what I thought I wanted. The install was very quick and super clean. The installer clearly knows his trade, and am grateful for his, and Brandon's service. 100% satisfied and highly recommend Tipping Hat to anyone needing plumbing services. I will definitely use them again.

We have had less than desirable experiences with other companies! We are very pleased with Tipping Hat. This is the first time we used them. We needed to replace our furnace. Michael was very good at telling us about Tipping Hat and their products. One thing that was very impressive to us was after deciding to make the purchase, he showed up on installation day to make sure everything was going right. And then showed up again when the install was finished to make sure everything was done and done properly! No other company has ever done that! Aaron, Alden and Rick were very nice. Did a great job and were respective of our home. We will be using Tipping Hat again in the future.

Joe S did a great job managing the crew.  Dug up entire basement and plumbed drains for new bathroom.  I left town the day the work was done and my wife said everything was great.

Chris and Keith were wonderful electricians! They both came early, worked professionally, and fixed a big electrical problem with a fair price. They were also helpful at educating me on how the house was set up and what to look for in the future. I could tell that it was important for both of them to get the job done right. I'm definitely going through Tipping Hat again and I recommend the company with such a great experience!

Called "Tipping Hat" for a basic sewer line rooting service. Kathy very helpful as first contact.  She arranged for Seth to come the next day. Had LOTS of initial questions for both of them and they took the time to ensure I understood what was happening from start to finish. Also appreciated meeting Joe, who was called on later to help navigate through some tight turns in the pipeline.  It was impressive to me that Seth paused when these issues blocked his progress and that he was able to get some prompt assistance from another colleague "to ensure they proceeded correctly".  I was charged the price from the initial quote and am very satisfied with the work that was done and with all the follow-up information I was given on future maintenance and repair.  As the opportunities arise, I will recommend them confidently to family and friends.

I used Tipping Hat last year to install a new ac unit (replacing swamp cooler), new water heater and new furnace (replacing 25 year old furnace in our “new” home).  The whole process took all day, which was understandable, and took a large team of a dozen people or so. Everyone was super friendly and professional we’re very happy with the work. I thought that maybe because it was such a large project that we got the best team for the job.  I’ve called Tipping Hat a couple of times for an electrical work and smaller plumping work and every time the technician would show up on time and work very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them and recommend to friends and family for job big or small. Keep up the good work!!!

Landon arrived on time for the appointment and provided me with all the options I was looking for on replacing my water heater. Very professional and cared about my views and offered advice. Upon deciding on a replacement both Jordan and Seth arrived again on time and worked diligently to finish the work with best workmanship. They followed up with testing the unit and ensured that all faucets were functional. Once done, they cleaned up the place and left no mess. Overall a job done in a very professional way!!!

Tyler arrived exactly on time and started on the restoration process. Unfortunately the furnace was on its last  leg. Once Michael, the supervisor, showed up, he carefully showed and explained the issues our old furnace was experiencing. We decided on a new furnace that was better suited for the size of our house. Floyd and Juan were brought in to assist with the install. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable is how I would describe this team of 4. Poetry in motion. Excellent work, brought everything up to code and took care of the little details. Job well done!

They were amazing every step of the way. Their dispatcher, Alex, was super helpful with setting up the appointment and kept me in the loop up until my technician arrived. My drain tech., Brandon, picked up right where Alex left off. He was great at explaining the process and was super clean and efficient. He was also just great to talk with. Hopefully I didn’t bother him while he was working! Super nice people and I’d recommend them to anyone. I set up my appointment all through the texting option on the website. Very easy for me to get my issue resolved.

Our furnace went out two nights in a row and the next afternoon these guys were on it. They were able to get in a crew to check out the problem and list all our options. Unfortunately… the furnace was starting to crack, overheat, and was beginning to reset itself in the middle of the night. 15 years will do that to a furnace! We decided to go with a brand-new furnace and central A/C install for a steal of a payment plan deal (instead of an expensive temporary fix we weren’t sure how long would last). Zero pressure, just honesty. We had already received a few A/C + furnace quotes summer of 2021 from a few other companies and they managed to beat those prices. They fixed our heat and installed the furnace SAME DAY then installed the A/C the next day. The crew that came out were all so kind. Fast, efficient, and friendly! Thanks for making a crummy situation bearable. We can’t wait to try out our central A/C in the Colorado heat.
