  Called last Wednesday (2.23.22) and signed up for the yearly $150 deal (to waive all service fees for the year), got a repair man out within 4 hours (Erick). He "fixed" the heat by putting in a new run capacitor ($350). He left, 2 hours later it stopped working. It then worked intermittently over the next 2 days. On Friday it stopped working for good. I had been in communication with Erick during these 2 days, Once it stopped fully (at 1pm on Friday), he said he would come out Friday Evening or Saturday. I heard nothing from him on Friday, on Saturday morning he said he would be over by noon. He then canceled on me at noon and I have not heard back since. Once we did not hear back, my wife called Duncan again to set up an appointment with a different technician. Since my wife called on her cell, they would not honor the free service charge (which I already paid $150 for) and were not able to schedule anyone until Monday. Needless to say, we contacted Tipping Hat and they came out early this morning (Monday) and have done a much more comprehensive job of diagnosing the issue (it appears our fan was broken, along with multiple other parts, which will total over $7K to fix). Duncan Heating and Air charged me $150 for a year of no service charges (which they were not going to honor due to my wife calling instead of me) and $350 for a run capacitor for a Furnace that was already broken. At this point, we wasted $500, as we will need to purchase a new furnace. We will 100% NOT BE USING this company again. My Advice: Find another company for your HVAC needs. If you have no other options, DO NOT sign up for the yearly service plan, you will regret it just like I did.

  I hired this firm to do my annual HVAC inspection and service. Jeff was the technician and he was great. He was very thorough and explained to me what and why he was checking and what the values were. He advised that I have my unit checked twice a year with a filter change once a year, which I plan to do here on out.I will certainly l hire Duncan Heating & Cooling again to do this work. The company's coupon for $69.95 saved me a bunch too.

  We had Duncan Heating & Cooling install a new AC unit to replace our old one. Not only did they quote the best price, the customer service was outstanding. Their techs were friendly and professional, and did a great job on the installation. We even got a follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Duncan Heating & Cooling if you're looking for a good HVAC company.Absolutely on top!!!
