  I have used Timmy's for years. He is ab.e to get to the house relatively fast. He knows his stuff and charges fair prices. I need a new thermostat, so I will cal. Him againnext week.

  They came to our home understood the condition of current environment by maintaining social distancing. Timmy called prior to the visit and advised us what we needed to do to prepare for his visit. Once he came he greeted me and went right to work. He fixed our issue and was very efficient with his work. We dropped the temperature in our home to ensure that the pipes did not freeze. He did an amazing job and allowed us to sleep in comfort. We will be working with him again soon.

  It took him coming out twice to diagnose the problem with our stove, missed an appointment to fix it once the part was ordered, and hung up when I called him back to get him to return and fix the stove.
