  Update - Thanks for the info on just hold the button down for 10 minutes before even trying to light it and then 3 additional minutes until it will light. Didn't know everyone goes through this unless you leave your pilot light on year round, and other than that, no complaints! Original comment..... Every time you fill my tank, it takes 30 minutes or more to light my fireplace logs because of so much air in the in the lines. I have to just about use up a bbq grill lighter to get it finally going because it's just putt putt putt putt putt putt putt with the little bit of gas with all the air. I suspect I must be your 1st stop after filling the gas truck. How about from now on you let me call you when I need a refill and then make me your last stop, ok?

  Tiger Fuel has been wonderful. They were so prompt when I started the device and helped me by explaining how to efficiently work my propane fueled fireplace. They are very responsive and offer excellent device.
