  What a joke. Diagnosed the issue and said parts needed ordered. Didn't hear a thing back for months, would not return phone calls. Had the problem fixed by another appliance service company in under two weeks. Then over a month after that, they show up unannounced to fix the issue that had already been fix. Would not allow to set foot on my property again, much less hire them for actual work. Lowes/Whirlpool Warranty repair, as others have mentioned.

  Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND! They did warranty work for Lowes on my just over a year old refrigerator and it was a BAD EXPERIENCE! I had tools DISAPPEAR and my refrigerator was DAMAGED/MARRED! After all of that, I had to phone in ANOTHER service call to Lowes because the problem was NOT remedied! Requested Lowes NOT send same company out!

  They came out and fixed my Whirlpool Refrigerator. The issue was resolved and everything went well.
