  The technician arrived on the schedule time and was very attentive as I very attentive as I explained the challenges we we are having with our heater. He mentioned a few Items that could be causing the issues and proceeded to inspect the heater. I asked a few general questions as he was inspecting the unit and he provided clear and concise responses. During the course of the inspection and tune up of the unit, he corrected the issue with the burners and provided me with a comprehensive diagnostic report when he was completed. Throughout the entire interaction with the technician he was very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Thompson's Comfort Connection and will use them for future HVAC work.

  Getting HVAC (AC) repairs or replacements can be very costly. Losing the AC and getting it replaced in the hottest month of the year can be a very bad, VERY expensive experience. It all comes down to a company that "honestly" does HVAC. There are VERY few such "honest" HVAC companies. Thompson is an HONEST HVAC company. When my 17 year old AC completely failed last summer, in August 2020, in the middle of covid, I turned to Thompson Comfort Connection and Bill Thompson. Bill and his company had repaired and helped extend the life of my old "contractor grade" AC unit for several years. Now it had to be replaced, in early August!!! As I expected, Thompson Comfort Connection didn't let me down. At their busiest time, they still offered a very great price on a much more efficient larger AC unit. They quickly installed it. Devin and Parker from Bill's crew did the job, inside and out, removing the old unit, installing the new unit, and replacing lines and internal elements as needed. We enjoyed a cool(er) summer because of Thompson Comfort Connection. Thompson services all of our family's HVAC needs, several homes, at honest and very competitive pricing. There's no "you really need this unexpected and expensive part" bait and switch. Everything is explained and HONEST options are offered. Our family wouldn't use anyone else but Thompson Comfort Connection for all our HVAC needs.

  We have used Thompson’s Heating & Air Conditioning since we moved here over 3 years ago. They are great to work with!! You can always reach them by phone. They are friendly, professional and great at their jobs. We will continue to use Thompson’s and tell our friends and family about them too. Shout out to Brad and his co-worker (I’m sorry but I have forgotten his name). You were both awesome today!!
