  Please read the full story. Here is the final chapter They did came back and made it right with me. The technician did a fantastic job on cleaning my furnace and I was really impressed with the receptionist and the supervisor with Comfort Solutions. I would recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone, because if it is not done right they will make it right. They are a 5 star company in my book. I was extremely disappointed with this company. I paid to have my furnace cleaned and tuned up for the winter and here are the after photos. He never mentioned that my blades on my furnace needs to be cleaned and now I am being told two weeks later that it will cost me another $250. We had our air vents cleaned after the furnace tune up and that technician check the furnace and said that it does not look like anyone cleaned it and we need to get those blades cleaned to protect the life of the furnace. I would never recommend this company to anyone; I did not even get a feather dusting. Here's an update on my furnace situation - They are going too make it right with me. They are coming back this Friday to clean it. They reach out to me and wanted to make it right. I have nothing against this company and what company can control all their employees. Right now I will give them 3 stars and when they are finished maybe a 4 or 5 stars.

  From our initial visit to the install team, our dealing with Comfort Solutions was amazing. They were up front, fair, and honest. It is obvious they want happy customers and providing us personal attention delivered. I can't recommend them high enough. Our new gas log looks terrific. The installers - Sabina and Dakota put a bow on the package with great service, safety, and each step.

  Ben Carr was awesome in taking care of our issues and expediting our installation since we were without heat in the midst of winter. Chris and Nathan showed up to perform the installation and were amazing with the care (shoe covers), cleanliness (cleaned my a/c coils while installing the heater), & timeliness (full heater replace installation in half a day). Top notch service on all fronts!
