Magic. Steve showed up on time and really paid attention to the way I live in my home. I needed AC and knew the cost of installation would just go up the longer I waited. Steve saw that my main working space was upstairs and suggested installing a “mini split” instead of traditional AC. This photo show the new magical device that is going to be a game changer when the hot months arrive. The guys were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and their work. I am so glad I finally made the call. Don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence.

Thank you Lynda! We're so glad the mini split worked out. I think you're going to love it!

Good service and very nice and professional. When there appeared to be a problem two weeks later they came out no charge and fixed the issue. They also took the time to explain some of the details of my furnace so I could better understand simple problems that might occur. I really appreciated that.

Techs were all very nice and professional. I first called for service on a Friday morning. They came out and said they fixed the furnace but during the night it went out again. They had to come back 3 times on Saturday and again on Sunday. I paid Friday’s bill on Monday. Then they charged a weekend surcharge to come back on the weekend when it was their fault it wasn’t fixed right on Friday. I almost feel like they swindle you by saying it’s fixed just to be able to come back and charge the weekend rate. I will not be using them again.

Thank you for the feedback Dustin, it is unfortunate that you were experiencing an intermittent problem. On Friday the furnace was out due to a plugged condensate drain. The drain was flushed and the furnace was back to normal operation. We came back out on Saturday and found issues with the ignitor, installed a new one, and the furnace was back to normal operation. Sunday the control board needed to be replaced. As a rule we do not replace parts when they are operating correctly. To say that we should have known that each of the successive parts would fail on Friday is incorrect. I do agree that we over charged on the labor end and would be willing to issue you credit for future work, I would appreciate a phone call to discuss billing over a one-star review. Thank you, Scott Thiele
