  Arch H&C was sent to install a recall par a month ago. I left a good review after the installer left but needed him to come back 2 weeks later as I had no heat. When you call the company they do not return your call until the next day. Finally the repairman came back out and said that there was a short in the wires and he fixed it. A week later I was out of heat and being ghosted by Arch. Called my H&C guy who came right out and found the wires alk loose. As soon as he tightend them the furnace came right on. I DO NOT RECOMEND.

  I apologize that you had troubles getting through to request a return trip from our Service Tech. We do have a VoIP phone system that relies on the internet connection/strength and there has been some outages and glitches over the past week. When this happens there isn't always any trace of activity while the system was down. Please be assured that we never intentionally ghost anyone who is trying to make contact with our company.

  Serviceman left a gaping hole leading to the inside of the house that I could fit my arm in. Didn't even bother to plug it OR replace the filter. Was wondering why my heating bill was so expensive this winter. ADDITIONALLY mice had free access to the house in which they chewed on any cords they could find that ended up destroying my oven. So is it laziness or incompetence? Too bad i didn't check earlier. Now I know why they demand half upfront. Guess it's my fault assuming a cooling company knew how to install a cooling unit correctly. Idiots

Over placing demeaning comments/names on a review platform, it would be more productive option for you to contact us directly at business. If something was inadvertently overlooked in sealing an opening, it wasn't intention however a possible human error.

  The entire process from estimating to completion was painless and smooth. I was not pressured to make a decision on which company that quoted me to use. Questions were answered prior to my decision making. Installation was on time and completed on schedule. It was a clean install, both furnace and AC unit outdoors. Crew was professional, and rerouted ducting to give me more headroom. Crew also removed an old not used gas line that once was used for a gas fireplace. Top notch.
