  After some miscommunication and time over several months, the project is completed. I appreciate the efforts of the technicians and sales rep, Eric, Tim and David for their time and patience. I originally choice Thermodyamix for the price and in supporting a local company in our community. Moving forward, best with your project!

  Thermodynamix was the only company that had Mitsubishi heat pumps in stock to install and their proposal was one of the most reasonable. The installation team including Domingo and Leo were courteous, efficient, and trustworthy. When we had a minor issue a week later, Mike and his team were super responsive and fixed the problem right away, which had nothing to do with the installation itself and simply required a replacement of our vent grill with one that made less noise. Overall, we would strongly recommend Thermodynamix for HVAC needs.
