  Service techs are knowledgeable and friendly. First time they came out was great. Second time we needed heater and AC install but installer never ordered the units and didn't let us know until a week later after a snowstorm that we needed to call the office to do so. Out of heat for 2 weeks with kids.

  We had our system serviced for the first time with Thermodyne because we moved into a new house and the system has been serviced by them for the past several years. Our tech was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very thorough; and the cost was surprisingly low! The office staff has been very helpful as well. We will always use Thermodyne for our needs! Great business!
