  We had been having issues with our furnace for almost a month. Another HVAC company came out and looked at our furnace, serviced it, and said there was nothing wrong. The problem continued so we gave Alternative a call instead. The fix was very simple and something the previous technician should have taken care of. Their loss!! Not only did they fix the furnace issue, they went above and beyond to to help me out with my dog :)!! We'll certainly be using them in the future for all of our HVAC needs!!

  Had a client that was scheduled to close on a property the next day. Noticed that the furnace wasn’t operating properly during walk through so I contacted Darrell the night before. Darrell worked us in on short notice and inspected the HVAC system.Turned out, there were serious issues. My client was grateful that Darrell was able to respond quickly during one of the busiest times of the year and provide a report that helped them avoid numerous headaches and major costs.
