  DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE. My unit would not start and I decided to take it in. They replaced the battery and charged me $758 for less than an hour labor without asking me first. I asked to be advised on what repairs were done and was told ‘you’ve had a bad battery’ .As soon as I got home I looked at the control panel digital screen and realized that it was swapped with a bad one. Now I’m stuck with one that has some dark spots on it and it’s a lot slower…

  Techs were great. Labor cost was outrageous. 1hr 10 min labor cost $244.90. I've never paid that much for just over an hour of labor. The only thing that was done was condenser wash out and check unit operation.
