  Chris did an excellent job. He is honest and pleasant. He checked out all our AC systems and showed us the repairs to be made and let us decide which ones we wanted him to repair.

  The service was okay and I was happy with the all in one price for the A/C check and the furnace in the fall. Being a new customer, I surely didn’t need a price increase right out of the gate of trying to be a new customer. My search will continue, but not thrilled at all with River Valley one bit. Also, I can’t understand how my thermostat mysteriously quite working as I was getting work done just to put a similar thermostat on my wall with their name and phone number on it. Still fishy to me.

  We have used River Valley for a few years now. Extremely professional, punctual and fair prices. I would highly recommend for any heating and air needs. You won’t be disappointed.
