  Never even dialed her number. The lady that answer the phone was so very rude and unprofessional for the very beginning. Read on the appointment. The guy Joe that showed up was very rude to my husband. We asked him to talk to us before they left the premises and he's literally snuck in his truck and pulled out of the driveway and was down the road before me and my husband ever got to see him before he left. Call the office and ask to speak to the supervisor and the lady said that she would not tell us her name. We had such a poor experience that we called American Home Shield our warranty department.. Which we have not been pleased with period. And the customer service put us on three-way and call the lady herself to talk to her about the visit that just happened. She told our warranty company herself that she wasn't given them her name or she wouldn't even talk to them about our visit that we just had. Makes you think it's all a scam. And when you go and Better Business and other websites, it showed that they have an alert marker by their name. Not helpful whatsoever

  If I could give less stars I would! This place is so unprofessional I think it’s a scam. The lady that answered the phone after I placed a Service request with American home shield she asked me what the problem was, I told her and then she wants to argue with me about what I’m telling her my issue was. This wasn’t the first time I have dealt with this company but it was definitely the last! The first time I had a “technician” come out and it took him almost and hour to diagnose why I had no A/C then it took a week for the part. Once the part came it still wasn’t the problem. Meanwhile, I’m paying $125 each time they come out because I have to submit a different request with American home shield. The second time he had to come out he was on the phone the whole time with a customer service line almost like you would if you’re connecting your Internet, telling you how to go through and diagnose. They don’t know what they’re doing do not use this company ever I hope it goes under because they are nothing but a rip off!

  Let me start this by saying that I typically only write positive reviews and this is my first negative review in my entire life, but the customer service by Jamie in this office was so deplorable that I felt compelled. I have NEVER experienced such an unhelpful and downright rude person. I is especially bad considering her job is working with customers. As someone who owns multiple businesses, if I ever heard one of my employees speak to a customer in the manner that she spoke to me I would fire them on the spot. It was so bad, that I spent an extra hour of my time finding another company and paid an additional service fee because I refuse to give this company another dollar based on principal. Jamie, I hope you read this and reevaluate your profession because any customer facing role is obviously not the right fit for you.
