  Thank you to Gunter and his colleagues! Our chihuahua was attacked and killed by some dogs running loose almost a year ago, and they worked tirelessly to track down the owners and bring them to justice. We just got a check for the vet bills that we incurred trying to save our special little pet. I can’t express my gratitude for your hard work and dedication. It won’t bring back our doggie, but hopefully no one else will have to go through the heartache that we did because of this irresponsible pet owner. Thank you!!!

  We found a stray kitten while staying at the nearby state park. The kitten was so human-friendly (and human-dependent) that we knew it needed a family. As much as we would have loved to keep the kitten, our old cat was far too stressed. So, upon the advice of a receptionist at a local vet, we took the kitten to the shelter for a chip scan and adoption. The staff was incredible at intake and made sure to take down our info to give us a chance to claim the kitten if it wasn't adopted in time. The staff even shared the good news when the kitten was transferred to a local rescue organization for adoption! I could definitely tell that the staff cared for the animals under its care. So, I definitely recommend checking them out when they reopen for adoptions.
