  Excellent response and service. Purchased a home in August with an older heat/air system. Just turned the heat on and it was barely working so called Wright. Serviceman was here within an hour. I was afraid it might be time to replace the unit but they checked everything out and found that the previous owner had the thermostat replaced and wired and programmed it incorrectly. It would work fine in the cooling mode but wouldn’t heat properly. A quick move of a wire from one pin to another and a reprogram had me running great in no time. Very reasonable service fee and pleasant professional service from Jordan. I am a retired architect and general contractor and these guys are as good as it gets. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

  I like this company because they let you work without hassling you. Help in planning the next phase. Have the materials and tools to complete your task. This is my second time working for them and its still a family oriented company.

  Never dealt with the company but have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Ryan Vader who works there and because of him would never recommend this company for any job!!
