  I would give .5 star or a big fat 0 if I could. Expensive and inefficient HVAC system. Not real A/C. It adds more humidity to your home instead of removing it. They refuse to service their own product unless you're a business so you're stuck. Extremely rude and useless costumer service. A complete rip-off and would never recommend to anyone.

  Had the wall unit WA603BLYCB installed in December 2019 because it failed to heat during a cold snap. 18 months later the compressor no longer works during a heat wave and the warranty is a 1 year warranty. We have required repair or replacement if this unit every year since owning it in 2016. Remarkably bad experience and will never use this company again nor would I recommend to anyone.

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Repeated delays with promises on delivery times that were wrong. Rude and dismissive customer service. Would be willing to pay hundreds extra to avoid this company in the future.
