  Went there to get an axe exchanged under their lifetime warranty and they no longer warranty tools without the original receipt. Had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone with Husky customer service and get an e gift card sent to my email and use that to purchase a new one. Poor policy change in my humble opinion.

  It's a spacious store with a lot of items to offer. They had just got some Christmas items in and they were fun to see. The organization in some of the departments was a bit lacking and it took a little while to find what I was looking for. I thought their prices were a bit on the high side too. Some items they had marked down such as the Cane houseplants were still quite pricey given that it was the end of October and they had certainly seen better days. I rescued one anyway.

  Always a pleasure to step into this store. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. If they notice you walking up and down an aisle they will ask if you need any assistance.
