  Aire Serv of Jonesboro did a great job on our installation! They are a very knowledgeable and professional team. Our duct work and installation was done in a timely manner and they were sure to address any questions and concerns we had. We are loving our new unit and how great it works! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an update or just basic work on their units.

  Aire Serv of Jonesboro replaced our 15 year old unit in March. Waited 3 months to rate this company because the main selling point was the new unit could reduce electric bill by as much as 40% . The unit has lived up to the hype. Our bills have been $30 - $40 lower each Month. Also very pleased with the professional installation. They were on time and on budget. Cleaned up after work was done and each employee was very professional. We will recommend Aire Serv of Jonesboro to all of our family and friends.

  I cannot say strongly enough that I would use literally anybody else. Full breakdown- we went through a local business that contracted out with them to install a mini-split. They were fast to get it installed and ready to turn on once the electrical was done. However, there was an error in the wiring, which caused the motherboard to fry when the unit was turned on. The technician said they would order a new board, which should take about 4 business days to arrive. 1 1/2 weeks later I had heard nothing. I called the local number and it doesn't work. I called the manager's cell and didn't get a call back. I went to the business that contracted out with them and they were informed by the manager they would not finish the job. So now my wife and I are left with a functionally dead split unit because the manager refused to fix a problem and didn't finish the job.
