  It used to be easier to get help at these stores. Now everyone acts like you're putting them out because you don't know where everything is in this giant store. I have had better luck here than Lowe's though. And all the employees have always been pretty cool apart from the whole it being hard to find assistance thing.

  We ordered a washer and dryer from home depot and they somehow managed to mess up our order twice. The first employee sold us a machine that wasn't in stock but scheduled a delivery for it and the second "fixed" the first problem but didn't assign our delivery to a route. We had to wait 2 more weeks until our machines were delivered. I had to miss a class due to our delivery date being moved and the manager I spoke with was extremely rude when I asked for compensation. We have had THE WORST time trying to buy and get our machines from them. Will never order from them again.

  Amazing employees!!! Beautiful Lighting!! Arriving shortly before closing, & in need of replacement lights for my older home's bathroom, I met two of the best employees of the Home Depot ever!! First one older gentleman stopped what he was doing to help me locate these beautiful light fixtures, climbed up a ladder, checked the prices, was so kind it was amazing service!! Then to help with what I needed a manager named Phil finished with answering my questions and helping me to purchase my items, without making me feel rushed! They both went above and beyond what a normal employee would do! I was so grateful when I left I even cried a little that there were such kind people who cared and were willing to show it!! Thank you Home Depot for hiring great people in Idaho Falls to run your store!!! (and for the beautiful light fixtures!!)
